The Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia Support Group was inaugurated in the latter part of the 1980’s specifically to provide information and advice and to give support to sufferers, their families and their friends.

The group meets at the Association’s offices at 16 Clarendon Road, Watford, on the last Wednesday of every month. We organise conferences, run seminars, hold special health events and involve ourselves in fundraising activities.

We currently have trained counsellors who can be contacted via the office.
